Payments

Payment is taken on the booking provider's own PCI-certified checkout. Nomad never sees, handles or stores your card number. How our booking platform handles card data.

Accessibility

Where a home page states an accessibility measurement, it is a measurement rather than an adjective. If you need one that is not published, ask and we will go and take it. This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA; if any part of it fails you, tell us and we will fix it and tell you when.

Licenses and insurance

We are not making a blanket statement here about licensing, insurance or lodging-tax registration across the portfolio, because a statement like that has to be true of every home individually and we will not assert it on behalf of homes that are not published yet. License details for a specific home will be published on that home's page.
