Program name and brand

This text messaging program is operated by Nomad Vacation Rentals LLC (“Nomad Vacation Rentals,” “Nomad,” “we,” “us”), the owner-operated vacation rental company at nomadvrs.com. Messages are sent from our business line through Dialpad.

Types of messages we send

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you conversational and informational messages about your stay or inquiry, such as:

• Replies to questions you send us about our homes, availability or pricing
• Booking confirmations, reminders and changes to your reservation
• Check-in and check-out details, directions, parking and house information
• Updates during your stay, such as maintenance visits, weather or access notices
• Follow-ups for property owners who have asked us about our management services

The purpose of these messages is to communicate with you about your inquiry, reservation or stay. We do not sell or rent your number, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — by checking the optional text-message consent box on our contact form or property evaluation form, or by texting our business number first. Checking the box is never required to submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or reservation. Most guests receive a few messages before and during a stay, and you will not receive more messages than are needed to handle your request or stay.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Nomad Vacation Rentals does not charge for these text messages.

Opt out: reply STOP

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major US carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your inquiry, reservation or stay. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, or where required by law. See our full Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
