What arrives in your inbox

  • A written estimate with the nightly rate, occupancy and seasonality assumptions spelled out separately, so you can disagree with each one rather than with a single number.
  • What your jurisdiction requires — the license, the permit and the tax registration that apply to your address, with the ordinance cited so you can read it yourself.
  • A readiness list: what the home needs before guests arrive, with rough costs and what we would do first.
  • A yes or a no, and a management fee quoted only once we have seen the property. A fast no is more useful to you than a slow maybe.
